Stuffed IDLI

Recipe-1
Paneer Stuff--
100 g- Crushed Paneer
3 -Crushed Green Chillies
1 Tbsp- Chopped green coriander
1 tsp - Oil
Salf as per taste
Pour oil in Wok keep it on high flame for a minute, put crushed chillies and corainder in that. Wait for 5 sec and add Paneer and Salt in that. After proper mixing cover it for 2 min and then remove it from heat. Leave it covered for 5 more minute.

Recipe- 2
Potato Stuff--
2 boiled Patatoes (crush)
3 tsp- Chopped green chillies
1 tsp- cumin seeds
1 tsp- oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
a pinch of red chilli powder
chopped corainder

Take a pan, pour oil heat it on high flame. Put cumin seeds in the warm oil and fry for a second. Add chopped chillies and fry till it changes to brown, put potatoes turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Cover it for 8 minute. Add corainder to garnish.

Recipe-3
Mixed Stuff Masal--
1/2 Onion
2 tbsp- chopped cabbage
2 tbsp- capsicum
2 tbsp- mushroom
2 tbsp- corn (crushed)
2 tbsp- green chilli
1/2 tsp- crushed ginger
salt for taste
Oil (as required)

Take a pan, heat oil. fry ginger. As the color of ginger changes, addd onion and wait till it changes to brown. Now put all the vegetable together with crshed chilli. Add salt and cover it for 10 min till vegetable get soft. Dry it.

STUFFED IDLI:
Put the first layer of idli batter then a layer of the stuffed material and the last layer of the batter again. Steam it for 5 min.

Either eat it with sambhar or chattney.
